Stay a Bed Stew

1 stewing beef
frozen peas (or can)- corn works well too
cup of sliced carrots
1 chopped onion
2-3 potatoes sliced
bay leaf
can of (cream of mushroom, cream of celery or tomato) soup thinned with 1/2 can of water
salt and pepper
cover casserole dish and bake
bake at 275% for 4-5 hours
