Half a head of Cabbage shredded
1 large onion diced
1 710 ml can diced tomato
1 can of pasta sauce
6-8 Italian sausage cut in chunks
Garlic, Salt and pepper to taste
Put it all in a slow cooker and let er go all day. Add 1 cup of rice half an hour before serving.
I have used hamburger as well, but both are great!!
