EASY CrockPot Potato Soup

`5 cups chicken broth
`1 can cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
`any kind veggies you want (I used a can of corn and a can of mixed veg)
`cut up ham
`1 bag of frozen hash browns
all in a crock pot and set on low for 7 hours!!!
