Rhubarb Dream Bars

Crust (Shortbread base):
2 C Flour
1 C Butter
3/4 C Icing Sugar
Combine flour and sugar, cut in butter until fine.
Press into 9 x 13" pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling:
4 Eggs
2 C Sugar
1/2 C Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
4 C chopped Rhubarb
Beat eggs, blend in sugar, flour, and salt.
Fold in Rhubarb.
Spread over hot crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until top is golden brown.
Cool, and cut into squares.
