Posted: Fri Mar 07, 2014 6:22 amDuring the time I lived in Vancouver I produced a weekly network TV show for young folks. It ran Every Friday night at 11:30 PM. We did the show live to the East with a recorded feed to the other time zones. It was a wonderful place to see music every week. Moev - Pursuit of Happiness, Sarah McLaughlin (her first TV appearance) and many more.
Also doing her first network TV was Sex With Sue. Yes that Sue. She had a weekly spot.
Here is the opening of the premiere pilot 1 show. We set out to freak-out the audience. The live audience got a look at the opening and some of them started to walk out.That's when - OK watch until at least 2 minutes in to see what we did to let them know this was a new CBC TV show.
