2016 Ottawa International Jazz Festival
Posted: Fri Mar 18, 2016 2:07 pmSarah McLachlan, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Trombone Shorty, the pairing of Elvin Bishop and Charlie Musselwhite, and Brian Wilson join three all-star jazz ensembles as part of the 2016 Ottawa International Jazz Festival in the nation's capital, June 23 to July 3.
Of the latter, the eight-piece SFJAZZ Collective, playing Michael Jackson songs and original music, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, and pianist Chick Corea with bassist Christian McBride and drummer Brian Blade are playing the main stage in Confederation Park.
